One Year Anniversary!
As we closed the doors of our van to embark on our journey to South Carolina, we prayed to our Father for guidance and protection, having absolutely no idea what was ahead of us. But one thing we knew for sure was God’s Faithfulness. The One who calls us will provide everything needed (and so much more).
Here we are, exactly one year later, amazed once again. William finished his school year as a Spanish and Bible teacher and is now working full-time as a Director of Worship Ministries at Trinity EPC . The boys had a great year at school and will now start home school this month, as I completed my GED certificate in April.
The Lord never stops challenging us, and this one here (homeschooling) is a huge challenge for me. Please pray that I will choose to run to Him for Grace, Love and Patience anytime I need it and not fall into the trap of believing that I can do it in my own strength.
Another challenge for me has been to take over the Women’s Ministry of Trinity. We will start having Women’s Breakfast in September. May God use those gatherings to bring more and more women to His Feet.
None of this was in our initial plans or thoughts, but we start to learn that we are simple tools in His Hands and that we must be willing to do whatever He asks us to do and to embrace His Plans and not ours.
One month ago, God blessed us with a house that doesn’t only bless us but others too
We had the joy of hosting some of our friends from CLC Blue Island for a few days, how refreshing to spend some with them.
Thank you for your continuing support in prayer, after many months of waiting Five Stones International Ministries is now an Official Government Certified 501C3 Non-Profit!!! May God use it as He wishes.
Let us continue to pray that your life and ours will be a vessel through which many will see His Love and Mercy.
The steadfast love of the LORD never ceases; his mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning; great is your faithfulness.
